Access Denied due to Invalid Credentials - Error when accessing through a Quick Link.


Some partners are receiving this error when clicking through a Quick Link.

If this occurs, log into Wise-Sync via the Website,

You will now be able to access Wise-Sync.

Once you have logged in, the Quick Links will start working again.

You may need to create a Custom Menu in ConnectWise: 

  • Go to System >  Select Setup Tables
  • In Table type in Custom and select Custom Menu Entry
  • Add a New Menu Entry

This will appear in the Finance Menu -  Add to Favorites

Sign In.  Your Quick Link should now be working again.

It is thought that this error could be something in the ConnectWise Cache.
