Sync Error: Error Updating Xero: Adjustments are not supported unless Inventory COGS is enabled

Applies to: ConnectWise Manage, Xero, Quickbooks Online


How can this happen?

The current Wise-Sync subscription plan for your Account does not support the Inventory Sync feature. 


  1. If you wish to have this feature, upgrade your plan to Sync Master for ConnectWise or Mr. Miyagi which will enable you to sync inventory
  2. If not, you may just remove the record by creating a manual batch. Please refer to this article for the steps FAQ - How do I create a Manual Batch?
