Issues accessing Wise-Sync via ConnectWise Manage Quicklink

When accessing Wise-Sync via ConnectWise Manage via a Quicklink, an error message is appearing:

Failed to load URL with error ERR_BLOCKED_BY_RESPONSE (-27) 


Changing the custom Menu Entry config in ConnectWise Manage for Quicklink to Open in New Window will resolve the issue, here's how to do it: 

  1. Within ConnectWise Manage navigate to Setup table > Custom Menu Entry 
  2. Open the Wise-Sync menu entity 
  3. Check the "Open in New Window" option
  4. Save


After changing the Custom Menu Entry, the settings should be refreshed to apply the changes. Hitting the "Add to Favorites" will refresh the settings.
