Known Issue: Unposted Expenses are not Syncing when the Ticket where the Expense Records is not Close

11 Jun 2021Connectwise was able to reproduce the issue and has been escalated to their Development Team as a HIGH priority issue


We've received a report that partners are unable to sync records (no results when syncing) even if there are records in the Unposted Expenses and their Wise-Sync setting for expenses is set to sync All records.

How do we know it's an issue?

We've run some tests by creating multiple expense records (Pending Approval & Open status) from an open Service Ticket then sync, and nothing has been returned.  Upon closing the Ticket and running the sync again, expense records were returned.


We currently have a work-around which is to close the ticket where the expense records are created.
